conditions of sale for products that you purchase from City Castles®, LLC.

Your acceptance of
City Castles®, LLC products binds you to the terms and conditions of sale.
You accept City Castles®, LLC products by keeping them in your
possession for more than 10 days after you receive them.

Returns:
If you decide to return City Castles®, LLC products-before the ten day
period- we will refund the price of the purchase-minus shipping and
handling charges. In order
to receive a refund the entire product must be returned.
For instance, if you have purchased a box of Greeting cards- all
of the cards and envelopes must be returned.
The same terms apply to the other City Castles®, LLC Products.
When you send products back for refund include your name,
address, and phone #. Please allow two-to three weeks to process your
refund.

listed under Shipping and Handling on City Castles®, LLC order forms-assumes
that customers are U.S. residents- including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto
Rico. Orders from outside
the U.S. are welcome, but subject to the acceptance that the stated shipping and handling prices listed would not apply.
